Wes Hall is a renowned Keynote Speaker, Author, Radio Talk Show Host, and Television Show Host. Named a "Successpert" by Black Enterprise Magazine, and an Arthur Vining Davis "Fellow" by the Arthur Vining Davis Foundation, Wes is one of America's "Emerging Leaders," according to the Aspen's Idea's Foundation Selection Committee. As an Educational Consultant to the Los Angeles Unified School District, Wes heads the "Young Men of Color" initiative, comprised of 260 boys, representing 28 high schools. He provides "Relationship Building and Success Strategies for Re-Engaging Disengaged Students," to teachers and principals throughout the district.

The show highlights the positive accomplishments of students from across the district and provides them an avenue to express their ideas, and concerns. The television show is an extension of Wes' ongoing work to empower teachers, parents, principals, and students, throughout the district.
