The Clark County School District's team of seasoned professionals were clairvoyant in their selection of subject matter related to the needs of district personnel. The subject of "Trauma," and ways to mitigate its debilitating impact on staff and the students they served was high on the list of the nearly 700 participants.

After an extensive search of educational savants steeped in knowledge and experience around this sensitive subject, Mr. Wes Hall was selected as the lead Keynote Speaker. Hall would also provide two additional "Deeper-Dive," workshops over the course of the two week professional development series.

Think First

Have you ever blurted out something that you immediately wished you could take back? 64% of us are unaware of our emotions at the time the emotion is happening. Know Thyself

Is it possible that you are experiencing trauma and not fully be aware that you are traumatized? At what point does strength cease and trauma overwhelm? Is there a difference between "Trauma Impacted," and "Trauma Influenced?" If so, what are the means to identify, address, modify, and redirect the stifling impact of trauma? This workshop series takes a deep dive into the subtle yet paralyzing impact associated with chronic trauma--and provides insights and strategies designed to give you back your life.

Professional Button
Pushers

At what age does a child learn how to push the buttons of an adult? IN THE WOMB! Teachers are constantly surrounded by professional button-pushers. At times, however, the adult is not aware of his or her own trauma. It is at that point things can get very nasty and ugly. Maybe you have never walked in on an adult arguing with a child. It is never a pretty sight. This workshop provides critical insight into preparing against negative interactions and unnecessary power struggles with students. The workshop offers proven best-practices designed to increase awareness and help increase the possibility for success outcomes.

How Are the Workshops Delivered?

The workshops can be delivered in a variety of ways. We suggest a minimum of 3 workshops to ensure depth and functionality. Workshops can be delivered in a 2-hour block, 4 hour block, 1 day (6 hours), or 2-day retreat.

What Can We Expect From the Training?

Above you will find testimonials from individuals who went through the training. We condition a highly interactive environment that shares proven best-practices and user-friendly materials. Our workshops are designed to engage participants and inspire earnest and deep investigation of the subject matter. In the end, we operate on the expectation of heightening awareness, and introducing strategies that are easily identifiable, measurable, usable, and transformative. Our training environment is fluid not static. Expect to have some fun while learning complex information.
